Terms of Service

The rules for using the Listar platform, your rights and obligations as a user.

Article 2 - Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Listar platform, accessible at listar.fr.

Listar is a B2B data-enrichment platform that lets users find and obtain professional contact information (email, phone, LinkedIn profiles) on prospects and companies.

Article 3 - Acceptance

Accessing and using the Listar platform implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms. By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

Listar reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any substantial change by email or via a notification on the platform.

Article 4 - Service description

Listar offers a Freemium model including:

  • Free plan: Limited access to basic features with a restricted number of monthly searches.
  • Paid plans: Extended access with larger search volumes, advanced features and priority support.

Features include: work-email enrichment, phone-number lookup, LinkedIn integration, CSV export and API access.

Article 5 - Sign-up and user account

To access certain services, users must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.

Any use of the account is presumed to be carried out by the account holder. In case of suspected fraudulent use, the user must notify Listar immediately at contact@listar.fr.

Article 6 - Data sources

Data provided by Listar comes from two main sources:

  • Public sources: Information publicly available on the internet (company websites, professional social networks, public directories).
  • Data partners: Data acquired from third-party vendors compliant with applicable regulations.

Listar strives to provide accurate, up-to-date data, but cannot guarantee absolute accuracy. Data is provided for informational purposes.

Article 7 - Authorized use

Users agree to use Listar exclusively for legitimate professional purposes, including:

  • B2B sales prospecting
  • CRM database enrichment
  • Professional recruiting
  • Targeted B2B marketing

It is strictly forbidden to use Listar to:

  • Harass or harm individuals
  • Collect data for non-professional purposes
  • Resell data to third parties without authorization
  • Engage in any activity contrary to law or public order
  • Send mass unsolicited communications (spam)

Article 8 - Pricing and payment

Paid plan prices are listed on the platform in euros including tax. Payment is made by credit card via our secure payment provider.

Subscriptions are renewed tacitly unless cancelled before the renewal date. Users can cancel their subscription at any time from their account.

Article 9 - Personal data protection

Listar is committed to complying with applicable personal-data regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Article 10 - Intellectual property

All elements of the Listar platform (text, graphics, software, database, trademarks, logos) are the exclusive property of Listar SAS or its partners and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification or use is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under the Intellectual Property Code.

Article 11 - Limitation of liability

Listar strives to ensure platform availability and proper functioning. However, Listar shall not be held responsible for:

  • Temporary service interruptions for maintenance
  • Inaccuracy of data provided by third-party sources
  • Fraudulent use of the service by third parties
  • Indirect damages resulting from use of the service

Listar's liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the user during the past 12 months.

Article 12 - Termination

Users can terminate their account at any time from their account or by contacting support.

Listar reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of breach of these Terms, without notice or compensation. In case of termination for fault, no refund will be issued.

Article 13 - Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute over interpretation or enforcement, the parties shall seek an amicable solution.

Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
